Thank you for choosing GO CONNECT for your school transportation needs. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payments.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to GO CONNECT for its services, including but not limited to student transportation tracking, app access, or any associated features, are non-refundable.
Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
● Service cancellation by the user
● Unused service period
● App uninstallation or non-usage
● Change in school/transport arrangements
● Technical issues due to user’s device or internet connectivity
Exceptional Cases
While we do not offer refunds, if you believe a transaction was made in error or if you have any billing concerns, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and respond accordingly, but this does not guarantee a refund.
Service Termination
If GO CONNECT terminates services permanently due to internal decisions or company closure, any prepaid, unused period may be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
